5 Ultimate Beauty Essentials for the Perfect Valentines Look

Valentines Day is around the corner! Are you dressing up for a first date, a night out with the girls or a just being super casual and chilling with your partner or friends?

So, you have an idea planned for your outfit or already know what you're wearing. Now it's time to finalize your look with the right makeup and hair care. Since I'm a beauty junkie, here are some of my favourite products to keep you looking on fleek throughout the night! ;)
Love this! These matte liquid lipsticks provide ultra-saturated colors, long-lasting wear and are comfortable to wear. I wore this lipstick for drinks and I loved that it didn't dry and flake on my lips like a lot of other matte lipsticks. The lipstick felt smooth all night and didn't smudge!
Valentines tip: This lipstick is super sexy paired with an LBD!
These lashes are my all time fave! I have small eyes but these are super glamorous and fluffy, they make my eyes seem brighter and bigger yet still perfecting the soft-natural look - perfect for fluttering those eyes on a first date or a night out!
What sells these for me is that they are magnetic and mess-free! I was always useless at applying eyelashes with glue, it would get everywhere and then I'd have a 'I'm not going out now' moment, but these are quick, easy with no mess. Plus they're waterproof, so you won't face embarrassment mid-date when there's a sudden eyelash drop...
I'll let you know a tip of mine - mix a drop of CoverFX into your foundation for a subtle allover glow, or dab a bit onto your cheekbones to take your highlighter up a level. This is definitely one of my new favourite products, it blends easily and comes in a variety of colours to best suit your skin tone.

I love, love, love this brand! I had positive hopes for their setting spray and they delivered. Honestly, there is nothing worse than spending hours perfecting your makeup for it to then sweat and smudge off during the night, do you agree? (There's also nothing worse than the gradual "glow-down" on your Snapchat story - that you don't see til the next morning...ahh!) But, thanks to Urban Decay, we can continue to look flawless throughout the night- whether it's on your date, night out, or even if you're having a pamper night in this Valentines. The cool thing about this setting spray is that it actually lowers the temperature of your makeup to keep foundation, eyeshadow, blush and concealer in place - even in hot, humid, cold or windy conditions.
I have also recently purchased this Urban Lockdown Travel Duo Set, it's so practical for a trip and the spray is also the right size to fit inside a clutch bag, win-win! ;)

This oil mist is a must-have for illuminating dull, drab hair and transforming it into healthy hair with a lightweight, non-greasy shine. You can use this on wet hair for heat protection before blow-drying and/or dry hair- I'd recommend to mist about 10" from around your head for an instant healthy shine.
